"Learning Together": A National Conference of Teen Parenting and Child Care Programsâ€Â� marked the first attempt to bring together a wide range of participants involved in teen-parent services to share information and ideas on how best to develop policy, fund programs, and provide the range of services necessary to support young families on their road to independence. State, federal, and local policy makers and administrators, corporate and private foundation representatives, program administrators, and expert consultants joined together in five plenary sessions, 18 workshops, and informal opportunities to share successful and innovative approaches in the field.
